Well friends... We're right in the middle of summer and if you're anything like us those long hours at the office seem to get even longer when all you want is to be outside playing in the sun. The glow of those fluorescent lights is getting harsher the coffee in the break room is getting weaker and maybe your office chair is even starting to look more appealing. (Don't do it. Keep standing.) Even those of us who get extra levels of energy and motivation working from a height adjustable desk need a little music-inspired pick-me-up every now and again.
