Here's what you can expect when you order an UpDesk.
Place Order
First you need to let us know you want an UpDesk. You can place the order online or by phone and once it has been received you will receive a confirmation email. That email will hold a few key components: the product(s) purchased your shipping and billing address and payment information.
Process Order
We like to process and ship an order between 24-48 hours after it has been received (excluding weekends). At UpDesk we figure that if you're ordering a stand up desk you're ready to feel its benefits. And we want you to start feeling healthy productive and focused right off the bat; no waiting required. We're able to do this so quickly by always ensuring every item on our website is in stock and ready to ship.
Begin Tracking
Now comes the fun part: FedEx tracking. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order leaves our facility in Nashville TN soon to arrive at your home.
Receive Shipment
All of our desks (CrankUp/PowerUp/UpWrite) arrive in two boxes. One box contains the desktop and the other holds the leg assembly. By following our concise directions (and making sure you have a power drill) it should take you just 25-35 minutes to install any of our desks.
Then the rest is up to you. Set up your new standing computer desk and be amazed at your brand new piece of home office furniture. We think you're going to love it just as much as our speedy delivery.
